Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) has become widely known, and for good reason.  It has been shown to effectively treat many disorders.  CBT Therapy has scientific support for the treatment of Depression, Panic Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Bulimia, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and a number of other psychological or behavioral disorders.

More information about the CBT approach may help some people consider contacting a professional for help, or decide to study CBT and become a CBT therapist.
